UT Tyler Ballpark - Tyler, Texas

The concept behind the landscape site development of the University of Texas at Tyler Baseball Complex was to design an atmosphere that reflected the excitement and fun of the games of baseball and softball while giving the area a park like feel. Trees, landscape bed areas, and benches were laid out to provide places for fans to sit between games and enjoy the park-like setting.

The University did not want to have a typical baseball and softball complex. The addition of the trees, landscape bed areas, and benches provides a setting more along the concept of a pedestrian mall area where several activities take place.
